Personal introduction

I come form a business family, so entrepreneurship is in my blood. When others give up, I take upon that challenge. Realizing solutions in circumstances deemed impossible for many. I get excited by inspiring people who struggle to exploit their potential. As a team player, I help you and your team to get the dynamic that produces positive results. I lead by sharing and activating talents.
When your organization is stuck, I get to work. I temporarily take on the managing role and all end responsibilities. After I have left, you can continue to build on the results, with a healthy company and a team that is once again active and focused on its core task.

My background

Having finished studying in Rotterdam, I worked successively for 20 years at Amro Bank, ABNAmro and F van Lanschot Bankiers. In addition to being a regular banker and I had the opportunity to participate in several innovative project within the bank Since the end of 1999, I have been an independent entrepreneur. I founded ProCorporate in 2010, because the challenges and issues of running a (family) business appeals to me and together with our team I can provide solutions and added value to company owners

My expertise

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience, working with others to find sustainable solutions for companies with growth spurts, – that need change or those facing (insolvency) problems. My strengths is my analytical insight, my ability to create support and implement changes in a concrete and focused manner. I see SMART goals, medium-term continuity, respectful work, focus and fun as the most important pillars of success.
