Personal introduction

When others give up, I take up that challenge. Realizing solutions in circumstances deemed impossible for many. I get excited by inspiring people who struggle to exploit their potential. As a team player, I help you and your team to get the dynamic that produces positive results. I lead by sharing and activating talents. In other words, very ordinarily.
When your organization is stuck, I get to work. I temporarily take on the managing role and all end responsibilities. After I have left, you can continue to build on the results, with a team that is once again active and focused on its core task: the customers in all their forms. In the end, it’s the customers who pay the bills. I do all of this, of course, with clear coordination so you will not be faced with unexpected situations. Solid, loyal and as a partner.

Background

After 18 years of international corporate experience, mostly at “C” level, I became an entrepreneur. I have been doing this for almost 25 years now. The companies I have set up are still successful, but often integrated in larger corporations. Besides the private sector, I have also earned my stripes in the public and not for profit sectors (SW and energy). My management experience I gained at multinationals such as Ricoh and SHV. In recent years I have also been active as a non-executive board member and -supervisor. Team motivation is the core of my management style.
